Breaking ground at Mendlesham

The pretty Suffolk village of Mendlesham shall soon host our latest development of 28 new homes, 10 of which are housing association, bringing a mix of 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom properties just a stone’s throw from the heart of the community.

Working in partnership with Ford & Mulley Groundworks, we have both made a great start on site to ensure a productive and positive step forwards as we gather momentum in 2023.

We plan to have our show house open in December 2023, with new homes becoming available from spring 2024, winter 2024 and spring 2025.
