Breaking ground at Mattishall

Working with G&J Bircham Groundwork Contractors, we are delighted to bring 24 beautifully designed houses featuring 2, 3 & 4 bedrooms to the thriving village of Mattishall, perfectly set in the rural Norfolk countryside but only 13 miles west of Norwich.

We plan to have our show house open in November 2023, with properties becoming available from summer 2024 and winter 2024.
